These are two sets of photos showing oiling ship. Those taken on 17 June were taken in the River Mersey, and those on 13 July in the Mediterranean, between Gibraltar and Malta.

Negative ON-0017-7 : 13 July, 1945 : Showing consistant tension to be maintained to prevent hose dropping into the sea.
