Formerly identified as HMCS Ontario, this is the British light cruiser, HMS Kenya, which visited Esquimalt in 1947. The ship's crest, visible on the bulkhead of the bridge, is almost certainly that of HMS Kenya.
This is the American submarine, USS Queenfish, tied up alongside a Canadian ship.
