Larry Thivierge says: " It's a shot taken in the spring of 1956 from a spring cruise around the Virgin Islands. There was the usual compliment of Tribal Class destroyers, HMCS Huron, HMCS Iroquois. There was also HMCS Algonquin as well as a number of US ships. "

Larry says: " This shows a Grumman Avenger on the flight deck. This was taken in October of 1956 on a cruise to the UK and we docked in Portsmouth. "
